The WiFi was a nightmare—constantly cutting out and barely holding a signal. I ended up using my phone data just to send a text. Super frustrating when you’re trying to relax and enjoy your stay. Definitely not worth it!

Most of the staffs were welcoming.

Comfy beds were a nice surprise amidst the chaos. The pet-friendly suite reeked of urine and had stains everywhere, which was hard to overlook. The early check-in turned into a wait until after 7 PM with no compensation offered. Cooking our meals was convenient with the induction cooktop, but the kitchen was a disaster—the dishwasher was unusable and the fridge barely cooled anything. The pool and sauna were enjoyable, but the musty smell and outdated decor left a lot to be desired. A fun game room brought some joy, but this place fell short in many areas.

Great location and family-friendly amenities
The Polynesian Resort boasts a fantastic location near the beach, perfect for families. Our spacious suite featured great windows and a full kitchen, making our stay comfortable. The indoor pool, hot tub, and nearby activities provided ample entertainment during our winter visit.

Offers great service and fabulous food. What is more, it had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The venue has wonderful location close to everything in town. And it's really close to Ocean Shores for a wedding.

The location is convenient and quiet, with a nearby restaurant. The room had good amenities—microwave, fridge, and fast Wi-Fi—but it was a letdown. The pet room needs serious attention. Bad smells and stained carpets made it unpleasant. Housekeeping could have done better. Staff professionalism is lacking; I witnessed unhelpful interactions at the front desk. My family's overcharging issue was frustrating with no clear resolution, leaving a poor impression. While the theme is charming, the resort is outdated and in need of major updates. An effort to rectify billing issues would enhance customer satisfaction. Despite these shortcomings, my stay had pleasant moments. Improvements could lead to a much better experience.

This was my excellent stay in ocean shores. Clean hotel, liked to be not far from the beach, town thanks to unbeatable and comfy location. Continental breakfast had lots of options, like cereals, eggs and fruit.

The indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a chilly beach day.

The room featured a separate bedroom and living area, providing ample space for relaxation. The full kitchen, complete with a full-size fridge and stove, made meals convenient. A fireplace added charm, and the provided firelog was a nice touch. the carpets carried a musty scent, which was disappointing. Noise from neighboring rooms and the main door was noticeable, disrupting peace. The outdated decor detracted from the experience, with chipped doors and poorly functioning outlets. Despite these quirks, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay overall.
